I have brought these prices up to date and added currency selection.
However the prices are very much guesswork as there are few on the market.
These will probably need to be re-numbered as more are reported.

1990? Undated, No imprint. No watermark. Rouletted between stamps.

Undated 7c
7c undated type H19

I do not know if any other values exist.

This is on the telegram shown half scale below:

Undated 7c

The date ('FECHA') would seem to be 18 December 1990.
According to John Barefoot, this as a variety of the 1984 issue. if that is correct it would indicate no printings between 1984 and 1991.

Undated 7c block of 9
I had initially assumed that this was perhaps one stamp on the 1984 sheet that was missing the date.
The existence of a block of 9 puts a whole new light on the matter.
If just the first few sheets of the 1984 issue were produced without the date on any, then corrected when it was noticed,
then I would not have thought they would still be around at the end of 1990 to use on the telegram above.
Perhaps these were a 1990 issue, and the mistake was corrected by the 1991 issue.

It seems likely that other years and values exist.
Almost certainly these will need to be re-numbered.
