                I am aware of no later catalogue covering Panamanian revenue stamps.

8 of these were issued in 1919. The 20c was issued in 1921.
For some reason, although the design is about the same height, the 20c is about 0.5mm wider than the others and the imprint is bigger (yes I did physically check).
